SF Media Director Achieves Level 3 Award in Education and Training

SF Media Marketing Director Peter Scully has achieved the Level 3 Award in Education and Training with Vision West Notts College.

The teaching qualification, which includes units based on understanding responsibilities in education and training, inclusive teaching and learning approaches and teaching assessment methods was achieved over a 4-month period and will help the marketing team at SF Media with the development and delivery of online marketing training courses to new and existing clients.

Commenting on the award of the qualification, Peter Scully said,

“We have had numerous requests from clients in regards to delivering training courses and whilst we have the knowledge and industry experience to develop the content of a training course, we haven’t had any formal training in the delivery of course content or assessment techniques. The course has taught me a lot about teaching psychology, inclusive teaching and different learning approaches and I am looking forward to putting the theory into practice.”

Since achieving the qualification, SF Media have successfully written a Social Media training course and delivered it to a number of clients, with a variety of online marketing courses to follow in the near future.
